CRUZ Fitness at Alpha Bootcamp

As promised, this post is is about my bootcamp with Alpha Wolf.

Last Saturday was my first bootcamp, in HEAVY RAIN. This outdoor workout was even more intense than any of the shinitz I've did back in Outward Bound/ Girl's Brigade/Girl's Scout/ Outdoor/ National Service camps COMBINE!

Heavy Rain bootcamp (5/11/11)
Starting with 100 Squats- will you look at the dark clouds!
Jump tucks. We did all the workout regardless of the rain piercing on us.
Tyre flipping is one of the main highlights of Alpha Wolf.
Me teaming up with Liza (supported by Norman), flipping and hop in out for 5 minutes for max reps.
Heavy rain ain't stopping the wolves!

Summary - Workout Of the Day (5/11/11) by Ian Jj
100 Squats, 90 Jumping jacks, 80 Mt.Climbers (L+R = 1 rep), 70 Sit ups, 60 Jump tucks, 50 Push ups, 40 Jump squats, 30 Lunges (L+R = 1 rep), 20 Burpees, and 10 Clap Push-up. And end with desert, which is 120kg/180kg of "donut" flipping and hopping in and out given 5 minutes to do maximum reps.

Then on Monday (7/11/11 Public Holiday replacement for Hari Raya Haji) we did another round of early Morning bootcamp.

Stretch before workout.
Hand release push up.
Peace with CFF's owner, Faye. lulz.
Pull-ups
I can't do it yet. So gotta start with reverse push-up.
Burpees jump tucks.
Run, Lin C , Run!
More donut flippings
Emilio, flipping 180kg donut, like a boss.
Summary - Workout Of the Day (7/11/11) by Ian Jj

I gotta tell ya, I am absolutely in LOVE with Alpha Wolf. A BIG THANKS to Emilio and Ian for they have caught my attention to this bootcamp. I will definitely encourage anyone in KK to participate. Every Saturday, 4pm, rain or shine, at 3rd Beach.

Daniel, one of the strong pack flipping 180kg tyre.

Another week another challenge!

First week of P.U.S.H. November just passed.
Stronger and Hotter. You're more than just looking lean.
Showing the bicycle crunch exercise.
Here are some pics of the P.U.S.Hang of it session on 5th November.

Mt.Climber. Ian and Kden doing good.
Keep it going!
Kevin bicycle crunch. I'm trolling.
Santana plank. Ian is did a different plank =.=

Class will still go on as usual on Saturday 10-11am, Sunday 11am-12pm. Drop by CRUZ FITNESS & FIGHT STUDIO to test your fitness level!

It has been an intense weekend + public holiday for me as well since I've joined some bootcamp session by the Alpha Wolf. I will blog about it more in the next post. Stay tune!

P.U.S.H. Interval Workout Trial - First Demo at CFF

Conducted the first demo class of P.U.S.H at CFF last Sunday (28th Oct 10am-11am). Here are some of the pictures took by the owner of the gym, Faye.

CRUZ Fitness & Fight Station, Putatan. You know you want some of that hot pink punching bag.
Briefing the P.U.S.H army of the day. We did HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
Stretches, if you notice most already soak in sweat. This was just after just 4 minutes of warm-up.

One of the exercises, Mt.Climbers.
I PUSH along with you.
Star crunches.

And guess what, we ended at 11am sharp and my friend came at 11am. *Facepalms* But I gave him a full intense 4mintues workout.

4minutes of intense, your "punishment" for being late! >8D
And...... he needs to meditate after that. LOL

The awesome bunch of P.U.S.H-ers.
Everyone did very well, pushing their own maximum effort and limit. Felt so great! Best part of this workout is to see everyone pushing their efforts like there's no ends to the limits and its fun!

If you're interested in P.U.S.H. feel free to drop by this 5th & 6th November. Walk-ins are also available at RM15 per entry / RM10 students below 21 years old.

Well look at the time now, Happy Halloween to my readers then!

If you don't know me yet, I'm a costume/cosplay junkie. Me as a random zombie nurse and my friend as evil female McD

Go have fun and enjoy your life!

P.U.S.H. Stands For ?????

P.U.S.H = Push until STRONGER & HOTTER

Yes, as cheesy as it sound, I love it!

I can't believe I'm going to be an instructor of a gym and conduct fun interval trainings to help people to get into working out too! Have to admit, I've been secretly desired to one and its coming true! 8D

I was, then, a lazy bummer who thinks I'm fit (only in video games) loves to sit my ass playing pc games and surfing internet all day. I did not like sports or any exercises at all. I did try, the boring routine crunches/sit-ups, all fail to prolong into a lifestyle.

NOT UNTIL..... I discovered Bodyrock.Tv. Although its not the only source I get inspired from to conduct my classes, but the hosts - Zuzana & Freddy, both changed a fraction of my life into a fitness freak.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still the nerdy, geeky girl who loves cosplay, gaming and stuff. But adding fitness into my life was a leap of faith, a darn good one! I begin to love myself more and I know I deserve this.

After 2011 - October Photo courtesy of Nova

Both looks sexy (seksa trollololol), but I look much leaner and confident without make-up after a year of interval training plus kickboxing drills.

Too bad its not some sports bra and athletic panties shots, perhaps next time (serious, I'm up for it). I, now, love myself more and I'm loving fitness as part of my lifestyle!
Having fun, doing Muay Thai block, after white water rafting in Padas. That was also my first time did rafting in July.

Back to the topic, I'll be starting P.U.S.H Interval Training classes starting November (check side bar for more info) at CRUZ Fitness + Fight St., Above KFC Putatan, Sabah.

(This workout suggested to do on empty stomach, or had an earlier breakfast, because its designed for post-meals consumption. Bring lots of water cause you'll sweat a pool, isotonics are great but not necessary.)

Do check out their Fitness Menu for other classes you might be interested such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai, LESMILLS SH'BAM, Zumba dance, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Pre-and Post-natal, Personal Training and more to come.

Kindly add me on Facebook to find out more!
