You start today, by repeating this workout until New Year's Eve.
Do a 50 reps of jumping jacks as warm-up then proceed to:
Workout 1: Pedulum side kicks x 30 reps
You will be in the position as above and as you alternate to the other leg, you will do a slight jump. For beginners you may do step-by-step movement.
Workout 2: High knees x 50 (25 each leg)
Repeat these two workouts 3-6 rounds as a circuit. You may time yourself to track your 3 days progress.
